Taylor Swift Cornelia Street House: Swifties, pay attention! Taylor Swift’s 2019 song “Cornelia Street” was inspired by an old West Village carriage home that is now for rent. You’ll pay $45,000 monthly for the townhouse with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The three-story, 21-foot-wide building from 1870, has a total floor area of around 5,500 square feet.
In 2016, while remodeling her Tribeca townhouse, the 11-time Grammy winner rented a residence in New York City. In her 2019 album Lover, “Cornelia Street,” she shares memories of her time living there and the start of her relationship with actor Joe Alwyn.
The brown brick front is centered by an arched wooden garage door with iron accents, and two identical side entry doors flank it. Behind the garage is a guest bedroom with a half bath attached. Basalt stone tile floors and 27-foot-tall double-height ceilings can be found at the garden level below, where a 30-foot-long indoor pool and a lounge space with a fireplace can be located. Backdoors lead to a tiny garden terrace.

A living room with light parquet wood floors, leaded glass windows, and a fireplace with a grey marble hearth can be found on the second level. Floor-to-ceiling casement windows line an open-concept kitchen and dining room (Swift sings in the song, “Windows flung straight open, fall air”). A second guest suite, which is now being used as an office, is located on the other side of the living area. Two larger bedroom suites are located upstairs, and each has a walk-in closet and its terrace, one of which has an outside living area with a second fireplace. A rooftop terrace offers additional outdoor seating options and views of the city.

Taylor Swift’s Real Estate Earnings
The portfolio of properties owned by Taylor Swift is highly significant. She has fundamental properties valued at about $90 million across the country.
Nashville: She made the $3 million purchase of her downtown Nashville condo when she was just 20 years old. She invested $2.5 million in a sizable estate in the Nashville suburbs in 2011.
Rhode Island: The 11,000-square-foot property owned by Taylor Swift has a water view. The 1930-built home has eight bedrooms, eleven and a half bathrooms and is 65 feet over Little Narragansett Bay. A 45-foot sunroom, a massive kitchen with an adjacent family room with a fireplace, and an equally spectacular dining room are all located.
Most spacious bedrooms have bathrooms or baths, and all of them are bedrooms. A recreation area on the lower level has access to the beach, a wet bar, and a roof terrace. There are numerous balconies, a pool, a fitness center, and a five-car garage, among other amenities. The home was initially listed for $24 million. Still, when Ms. Swift agreed to pay the whole amount by wire transfer, the price was lowered to a substantially less expensive—though still heart-attack-inducing—$17.75 million.
New York City: Taylor has apartments in New York City valued at $50 million. Her involvement with Manhattan began in 2014 when she purchased a Tribeca penthouse, which she later converted into a 10-bedroom duplex that is probably worth more than $20 million. She paid $12.5 million for the four-story, 100-year-old penthouse next to the duplex in 2017. She invested $10 million in another unit in her previous building in February 2018.
Los Angeles: She moved into a $30 million property in September 2015 and now resides there in Los Angeles.
Massachusetts: The Hyannisport, Massachusetts home of Taylor Swift, is regarded as a component of the Kennedy estate. The enormous seven-bedroom mansion, with amazing views of the adjacent ocean, was purchased by Miss Swift for $4.9 million last month after being reduced from its original 2010 listing price of $13.5 million.
In addition to the view and the number of bedrooms, the home has high ceilings; nearly every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood flooring, private beach access, a sizable amount of lawn, and fenced-in verandah access that can be accessed directly from the lower rooms.
