Police Arrest Des Moines Man After Deadly Overnight Stabbing!

Police Arrest Des Moines: On Saturday night, Des Moines police caught and charged a man with stabbing and killing another man. Jason Gene Parker, who is 28 years old and lives in Des Moines, was arrested and charged by the police.

Parker is accused of killing a 33-year-old man in the first degree. At 11:26 p.m. last night, officers and Des Moines Fire Department workers went to 3211 30th Street after hearing about a stabbing. When police arrived, they saw that the person had been stabbed in the chest.

Witnesses and police officers at the scene did CPR on the man until paramedics came and took him to a nearby hospital. The injuries killed the 33-year-old. Des Moines Police Department detectives stopped Parker at 3:05 a.m. on Sunday in the 2700 block of Boston Avenue.

The police said that a knife found at the crime scene, multiple witnesses, and surveillance video all point to Parker being the suspect.
