Dijon Isaiah McFarlane, better known as DJ Mustard, has written multi-platinum selling songs for nearly everyone in the hip-hop and R&B genres. Mustard has been recording music professionally since age 15 and has worked with everyone from Jamie Foxx to YG, Snoop Dogg, and Chris Brown. Mustard’s uncle, a DJ, let him DJ at a family gathering when he was 11 years old. Because his initial name is Dijon, he got his DJ name from the condiment dijon mustard. Mustard began DJing more as he grew older and became much better at it. DJ Mustard used to DJ in clubs frequently.
Those who follow Mustard have noticed a significant change in his appearance. He’s lost more than 100 pounds in the last 8 to 12 months and loves it. During an interview on the daytime talk show “The Real,” he said that his passion for fine clothes encouraged him to reduce weight, as did his rapidly developing little son.
“I want to dress in luxury clothes, and it’s difficult to buy them if you’re overweight,” he explained. “And I became weary of going into stores and then being unable to fit into anything.” I also wanted to be healthy in general. And, you know, my son likes to run around the house, so I needed to be able to grab him.”
He highlighted that diet was the key to his weight loss. “I did a lot of water work.” I didn’t eat any carbs. “No sweets,” he said, adding that he sought weight-loss advice from Dr. Dre and didn’t exercise at first. “I didn’t start working out until I saw results.” And I thought, ‘I’ve got to keep this going.'” “I avoided sodas, juices, and other sugary drinks, and it all worked.”
DJ Mustard isn’t the first hip-hop artist to lose significant weight. Dr. Dre, Timbaland, and Rick Ross are just a handful of the hip-hop stars who have slimmed down and transformed.

Dj Mustard Workout Plan
Deadlift: Maintain your position behind a planted barbell. To get it, twist your knees slightly while keeping your shins, back, and hips straight. Push your hips forward to lift the bar without turning your back. Push your hips back from erect to lower the bar, slightly bending your knees.
It’s a unique way to turn your body into a fat blazing hot. Only begin the move with enough weight to complete 10 reps before gradually increasing to the entire heart-pumping calorie-burning zone of your one rep max.
Barbell Bench Press: Lie back on a level seat with a shoulder-width, overhand grip on a barbell on the rack above you. Lift the block from the rack and place it over your midsection, arms fully augmented. Take in and bring down the bar gradually from the starting position until it skims the center of your midsection. As you exhale, dangerously return the bar to its starting position. That is one repetition.
This action increases your testosterone levels by simultaneously bringing in your arms, waist, and shoulders. Furthermore, the more you press, the more calories you burn with this action, according to research published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research.
