Dennis Eckersley Daughter Has Been Arrested For Nearly Killing A Newborn Baby Girl Left In A Manchester Tent!

Dennis Eckersley Daughter: Officials say that Alexandra Eckersley, the adopted daughter of MLB Hall of Fame pitcher Dennis Eckersley, is facing a felony charge of reckless behavior after her newborn baby was found naked and freezing in 18-degree weather in a dark wooded area in New Hampshire on Monday morning.

According to Boston 25 News, just before 1 a.m., police were called to a tent in the woods near the West Side Arena in Manchester, where a woman had just given birth to a baby. Alexandra, who is 26 years old, lied to the police about where the baby was and said she had given birth early.

The Manchester Fire Department said that after an hour of searching, police found the baby struggling to breathe on the floor of a tent near the Piscataqua River at Electric Street. The baby had been left out in the open. The baby was taken to Catholic Medical Center by the police. It’s not clear how healthy the baby is right now.

Alexandra Eckersley is being charged with a felony for being careless after her newborn baby was found in a wooded area of New Hampshire on December 26, 2022. It was 18 degrees outside. The Manchester Police Department says Alexandra will be brought to court on Tuesday in Hillsboro Superior Court-North.

She was also arrested for putting a child’s safety in danger. David Fleury, who is the fire chief in Manchester, is said to have said that Alexandra is Eckersley’s daughter. Dennis Eckersley pitched for the Indians, Red Sox, Cubs, Athletics, and Cardinals throughout 24 seasons from 1975 to 1998.

In 1992, he was named to six All-Star teams and won the AL MVP and the AL Cy Young awards. In 1988, he was named Most Valuable Player of the ALCS. In 1989, he helped the Athletics win the World Series. In 2004, Eckersley was placed in the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

After 19 years of broadcasting for the Red Sox, Eckersley left the NESN booth in October. The Boston Globe says that at the time, Eckersley planned to return to his home state of California after the season to spend more time with his grandchildren.
