Central Indiana Homebuilder Paul Estridge Jr Dies At 65!

Paul Estridge Jr Dies: Paul Estridge Jr., best known as a leader in his community and a home builder in central Indiana, died at age 65. On Sunday, January 8, Estridge died at Methodist Hospital with his family by his side.

Estridge began The Estridge Group in 1983. The company has built over 35 neighborhoods and 9,000 homes in central Indiana. Estridge was also a co-owner of Monterey Coastal Cuisine in Carmel, the owner of TAB Indy North, and the founder of the Estridge Family Foundation.

According to TAB Indy North, the Estridge Family Foundation has given more than $6 million to charities in central Indiana. Estridge was named Citizen of the Year by the City of Westfield and Entrepreneur of the Year by INC.

Magazine, and Builder of the Year by the Builder’s Association of Greater Indianapolis during his lifetime. Estridge got a bachelor’s degree in real estate, planning, and marketing from the University of Evansville in 1980. He also graduated from Carmel High School in 1976.

He is survived by his wife, Judy, and their three children, Mary Ellen McIntyre (Coleman), Elyse Harvey (Scott), Joshua Estridge, and his grandchildren, Cashel Timothy McIntyre, Amos Paul McIntyre, and Ruth Rose Harvey.
